The distilled water and ISO alcohol are easy to get locally for less than $8 but the wetting agent can be hard to find and usually comes in an unnecessarily large volume.
I'm now including 20ml of ILFOTOL in a resealable container as well as a 5ml syringe to mix and apply your solution. The syringe fits perfectly into the 20ml squeeze container so you can easily make exact volume batches.
This will make 4L or 1 Gallon of cleaning fluid which will easily clean up to 800 records if you mix according to the above recipe.
